PTOMARA (a provider of the Services) is the controller in respect of personal data that it processes. PTOMARA will collect your details such as your name, current home address, date of birth, email address and a telephone number to identify you using the PTOMARA consultation form, the app or via www.ptomara.co.uk. By giving such information and signing or entering your details on the website you consent to its use as described in this privacy policy. However, you are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time by emailing chris@ptomara.co.uk. In this instance, your details will be destroyed or deleted within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.

If you are acting as an intermediary by submitting another individual’s personal information, you must ensure that you have obtained their full consent before uploading such personal details onto the PTOMARA app or website for the reasons set out in this privacy policy.

Use of personal information

We will use your personal information to process your request for service, to provide a link to download course learning materials, or for you to gain access to specific areas of the PTOMARA website. It may also be used to administer competitions, personalise your visit to our website and to enable us to review, develop and improve the products, services and special offers we provide. From time to time we will carry out market research or emailing you mailshots of services and offers that we think will be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information, click the unsubscribe action at the bottom of the  e-mail to opt out of receiving any further information.

We will need to provide information about you to our employees and agents if it is relevant to administering an account, products or services provided to you by PTOMARA.
